銑削應(yīng)用工程師 General Milling Application Engineer

崗位職責(zé)：

1. 為銷售工程師提供通用銑削行業(yè)刀具的選型指南，解決銷售活動中遇到的技術(shù)問題；

2. 為用戶提供通用銑削行業(yè)刀具的安裝、調(diào)試和培訓(xùn)等服務(wù)；

3. 為用戶解決使用LMT通用銑削行業(yè)刀具過程中遇到的問題，并提供改進(jìn)建議；

4. 為銷售工程師和用戶提供技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)和講座；

5. 與德國總部等進(jìn)行聯(lián)絡(luò)，交流技術(shù)問題；

6. 公司交辦的其他工作.

1. Providing technical supports of general milling tools for sales engineer and solving technical problems during sales;

2. Providing technical service for customers;

3. Solving technical problems during customers' production when use LMT general milli ng tools and providing improve advice;

4. Providing technical training for sales engineer and customers;

5. Communicating technical issues with Germany;

1. 大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷，機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)；

2. 通用銑削刀具相關(guān)5年以上技術(shù)應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3. 能夠熟練使用相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件及辦公軟件；

4. 具有獨(dú)立工作能力和較強(qiáng)的自學(xué)能力，良好的表達(dá)能力和溝通能力；

滾壓應(yīng)用工程師 Rolling Application Engineer

崗位職責(zé):

1. 為現(xiàn)有和潛在客戶提供售前技術(shù)支持。研究并分析客戶關(guān)于滾壓工藝，準(zhǔn)備和量身定制技術(shù)解決方案，根據(jù)客戶的機(jī)器選擇適合的刀具，接口等；

2. 根據(jù)價(jià)格目錄，定價(jià)規(guī)則來制定報(bào)價(jià)方案；

3. 根據(jù)總部的計(jì)劃和確認(rèn)信息來確定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的交貨時(shí)間；

4. 為客戶提供售后的技術(shù)支持，包括電話指導(dǎo)和現(xiàn)場問題診斷，維修等；

5. 為潛在客戶，現(xiàn)有客戶和同事提供講座，研討會和產(chǎn)品演示；

6. 與銷售工程師拜訪客戶，收集需求信息，審查技術(shù)解決方案并分享產(chǎn)品信息以幫助實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售；

7. 制作招標(biāo)相關(guān)技術(shù)文件；

8. 了解和收集市場產(chǎn)品信息及應(yīng)用案例，對公司產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)和發(fā)展提出合理化建議。

1. Provide pre-sales support to potential and existing customers on feasibility study  of application: investigate and clarify customer requirements on thread rolling process, prepare and review tailored technical solution, select standard thread rolling product from axial-, tangential- or radial-type with rolling head, roll , holder and interface with customer’s machinery;

2. Prepare quotation for each application solution based on catalogue price, pricing rules with non-standard product as input for sales administration check and approval;

3. Define leadtime of delivery for standard and non-standard products with company leadtime guideline and confirmation of non-standard products from headquarters;

4. Provide after-sales support to customers with: consultation via phone on application suggestion, on-site diagnosis with problems and trouble-shooting, repair and overhaul product;

5. Provide training with lecture, symposium, demonstration on product to potential customers, existing customers and sales associates;

6. Visit potential or existing customers with sales associates or independently to collect information, review technical solution and share product information to help to realize the sales;

7. Prepare specification and technical documents forbidding;

8. Investigate and collect information on competitors’ product and application case and contribute ideas for product improvement or development.

我們對您的期望：

1. 良好的英語書寫和口語能力；

2. 機(jī)械制造與自動化、工業(yè)工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先；

3. 本科以上學(xué)歷；

4. 熟練使用MS Office和Auto CAD軟件；

5. 擁有螺紋加工、銑削、CNC操作和刀具應(yīng)用相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，滾壓相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

6. 能夠適應(yīng)頻繁出差。

1. Language: native Chinese speaker, good English skill with oral and written are required;

2. Education: Major in Machinery manufacturing and automation, Industrialization Engineering are preferred;

3. Bachelor degree;

4. Good computer skill with office, Auto CAD;

5. Former experience with tapping, thread milling, CNC machine tool operation, tooling application, thread rolling process are preferred;

6. Willing to travel frequently.
